Returns Policy
All of our teddy bears are custom-made to order, making each one completely unique. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, as per the UK Distance Selling Regulations for personalised items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Ideally, include photos and a description of the issue so we can review it against your original order.
If we find that an error was made on our part, we will offer either:
A full refund, including return postage (once the item has been sent back), or
A replacement item, if that is the best solution for everyone.
For any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
