Order & Delivery FAQ

Once your order has been received and we have finalised the personalisation with you, we aim to have all teddy bears dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days.

Please note that all the teddy's are uniquely personalised depending on each customers requirements therefore we are unable to offer a next day service.

All of our teddy bears are "made to order" with the unique personalisation requested by the customer.

As a result unless the teddy is damaged or faulty we are unable to accept returns.

When an order is received we will contact you via email to double check the personalisation you'd like and will provide a mock-up design for your approval before we begin production of your teddy.

If you have any concerns about a new or existing order please don't hesitate to contact us!
